Mines of Dalarnia Version 2.0 Mainnet — Revised Schedule

Greetings Miners!

We had previously provided a launch target date of March 31 for our mainnet. As we approach this date, it has become clear that one month will not be enough time to incorporate the feedback of our playtesters and our third party contract auditors. While no one likes a delay, you will see from the timeline below that the next two months will be very eventful. We are in a strong position because the majority of the game and contracts are complete; we just need to ensure that they are rigorously tested and refined before going live.

Full Timeline from March 1 — April 31

Early March — Launching V2.0 Testnet and opening the application process for playtesters. We will gradually increase the number of playtesters throughout March and April leading up to launch

March 10 — Third party audit of mainnet smart contracts begins

Mid to Late March — Mining Ape NFT holder exclusive mining plot sale (Land Sale #2)

Late March to Early April — Public mining plot sale (Land Sale #3)

April — Final improvements based on the results of playtesting and audits

Late April — Mines of Dalarnia 2.0 Mainnet Launch

Rewards Airdrop for 1.0 Testers

Please note, we are also organizing an event to reward some of our top playtesters of V1.0. Since this event is not directly related to the progression towards mainnet, we left it out of the timeline above. The airdrop is currently in the planning stages and should be completed by the end of March.
