Mines of Dalarnia Update 1.3: Monthly Ape Quests
The time has come! In just a few days, our Monthly Ape Quests will start. Dust off your Monkeys and join our competition starting from June 1st! With your beloved NFTs, the competitions will be even more fun. Now, you not only have a chance to win if you’re one of the best, but you can also participate for guaranteed rewards every 10 attempts! Let’s not waste time and jump directly into the details.
Participation
In order to participate in the Monthly Ape Quests, you only need to keep an Ape NFT in your wallet at the time of snapshot.
Mechanics
- Every beginning of the month at 12 AM UTC, a snapshot will take place, and players must have a Mining Ape in their wallet during this time.
- A quest will begin whenever a player attempts to enter a competition.
- Players have the freedom to choose which competitions to enter and must complete 10 competition attempts per month to complete the quest per Mining Ape.
- The maximum attempts allowed in a single competition is 5, so for example, a player can complete the quest by doing all attempts in only 2 competitions or by doing 1 attempt each over 10 competitions.
- After completing 10 competition attempts and meeting the quest requirements, players need to wait for the month to end and for a new season to begin in order to participate in a new quest.
- Remember to complete 10 attempts before the end of the month; otherwise, you will not be eligible for a reward, and your progress will reset at the start of the new month.
Rewards
- The total Ape Holder $DAR Reward Pool for the Ape Quests is 1.8M $DAR
- The reward for completing the Monthly Ape Quest will be 150 $DAR per Ape.
- Rewards will be distributed shortly after the end of the month.
- Ape Quests are initially set up to run for 4 months. If the reward pool has excess funds at the end of the month, the quests will continue to run monthly until the reward pool is empty.
- On the other hand, if the reward pool does not have enough funds to distribute the full amount to all players in the final month, the reward will be adjusted to ensure the pool is emptied and that all participants receive an equal share of the remaining rewards..

- What if I sell/buy or transfer my ape during the quest?
Ans: This will not affect your progress in the Monthly Ape Quests because you only need to have your Mining Ape during the snapshot at the beginning of every month.
2. What if I have more than one Ape?
Ans: You can do multiple quests, but be certain that you can handle the number of competitions because you need to complete one quest for each Ape separately. If you have more Apes than 10 in your wallet, after completing quests for 10th Ape all of following will be completed automatically.
3. Is this quest founded from p2e allocation?
Ans: Yes, we will use the p2e allocation to fill up the dedicated funds for the quests.
4. Is it required to login during the snapshot time?
Ans: No, it’s not required, you just need to have your Ape on your wallet during the snapshot to participate.
5. How can I claim my reward?
Ans: Rewards will be airdropped to your wallet’s address.
6. Do I have to verify my Ape on discord?
Ans: No, you just need to have your Ape on the wallet you use for playing .
7. My apes are on the ETH network, but I use the Binance network for my game account.
Ans: Your Ape should be on ETH network but on the same wallet address you use for playing the game.
8. Where can I buy Apes?
Ans: You can buy them on Opensea. Beware they exist on ETH, not on BSC network.
9. Can I track the funds left for Ape Quests?
Ans: Yes you can. The wallet holding the funds will be announced once the setup is completed.
