Mines of Dalarnia: Unlock a Spooky Surprise
Great day, Dalarnians!
First off, we are excited to confirm the launch date of the Terraformed Economy which will be on November 16, 2023.
Second, this year’s celebration of Halloween needed to be delayed due to a collapse of the wormhole in sector CE2340 and its effect on our systems and infrastructure. We expect all metagalactic systems to be up and running soon and welcome all Miners to our postponed Halloween event!
Pumpkonium
This year, to celebrate both the upcoming Terraformed Update and Halloween, we decided to add Pumpkonium to the regular mines. Once the update goes live on November 16, 2023 and you dig in a regular mine, regardless of the depth, and collect at least 25 out of 50 fragments in your backpack, you will receive Pumpkoniums. Even if you die with 25 out of 50 fragments, you will still receive the Halloween resource.
Halloween Holo: Glorbo
With enough Pumpkonium, you’ll be able to craft Glorbo, the Space Alien holo specially made for Halloween. What’s even better is that this holo is only craftable with Pumpkonium, allowing you to save your precious Ozymodium and other resources for different equipment. There will be no limit on crafting Glorbo, and no level restrictions either, so anyone can craft as much as they want.

We asked our Art Designer about the story behind Glorbo’s look and he said, “The inspiration was just to make a traditional ‘space alien’ in MoD style. First I tried a Martian design but it was too boring.”
“Then (likely after being attacked by toxic slugs), the final idea sparked, and after a few hours we had a ready sketch!”
