Mines of Dalarnia October 2022 Recap and Development Update
Greeting Miners!
October was an action packed month for Mines of Dalarnia — special Halloween events, our one year Apeversary airdrop, and the biggest update to the game since launch (v1.1 Deeper Depths). We strive to continuously provide content updates to keep our community engaged. We recommend following our Telegram announcement channel and joining our Discord server to stay up to date.
October Highlights
- October kicked off with the announcement of our Halloween Art Contest winners. Check out the winners and prize details here. Keep an eye out for future art contests!
- On October 4th, we shared this preview footage on YouTube of one of the new enemy types, the Stalk!
- On October 5th, we shared this preview footage on YouTube of the new Golden Armor set!
- On October 6th, we shared this preview of the new Aquarite Armor. This armor is one of two ‘Pinnacle Item Sets’ that were introduced in v1.1.
- Also on October 6th, we applied the Halloween Event Update which made Pumpkonium available in the game. This event will be available until November 10th! Read all about the Haunted Mines here.
- On October 7th, we shared this preview footage on YouTube of the Gilded Rock Mine.
- On October 8th, we shared this preview footage on YouTube of the Gilded Jungle Mine.
- On October 11th, we announced our One Year Apeversary Event! The snapshot occurred on October 25th and the rewards claim is open until December 31st.
- On October 13th, we pushed a minor update to the game client. You can view the release notes here.
- On October 14th, we published a preview of the second ‘Pinnacle Item Set’, Ragnarite Armor!
- On October 20th, we pushed an update in preparation for the Marketplace launch and Mines of Dalarnia v1.1. You can view the release notes here.
- On October 21st, we shared this article outlining the coming Crystal and Storm Caverns, which became available upon release of the v1.1 Deeper Depths update.
