Mines of Dalarnia Mainnet Update : Chromia and D Token

This update for Mines of Dalarnia adds the option to log in and play the game using Chromia accounts. It also changes all token references from DAR to D for transactions on both Chromia and BSC. This is a mandatory update.

Login Changes/General

• When logging into the game, a new option will be available to log in via Chromia instead of BSC.
• Chromia login currently requires a Miner Level of 2 or higher. Miner Level can be increased by earning XP in digs.
• Any resources or D tokens needed for gameplay on Chromia must be bridged via the Mines of Dalarnia website.
• Chromia transactions should complete automatically, but BSC transactions will still require wallet confirmation as usual.
• Rewards for levelling up and completing campaigns can be claimed on either platform.
• Some portions of the game may be unavailable depending on the selected platform.

Mining

• When logged in via Chromia, players will only be able to open and close digs on plots that have been bridged to Chromia. This will be indicated by the Chromia icon on the plot detail window within the Navigator, as well as the planet map shading.
• Digs opened on Chromia must be closed on Chromia, and digs opened on BSC must be closed on BSC. Any progress on open digs will be lost when switching between chains.
• All gameplay and rewards remain the same on both platforms.

Land Management

• Land owners can bridge plots back and forth between Chromia and BSC through the Land Management screen.
• Plots can be sent to Chromia while logged into either platform, but sending a plot back to BSC must be completed while logged into Chromia.
• Bridging a plot in either direction will require confirmation of a BSC transaction in Metamask.
• When bridging a plot to Chromia, there may be a short delay before the plot is able to be replenished.
• Bridging a plot will remove any remaining digs, and it must be replenished before it can be used again.
• Plots can only be replenished while logged into the matching chain.
• Plot replenish cooldowns will be tracked independently for each chain.
• Plot upgrades can only be performed on BSC, however any upgrades made on BSC will persist when bridged to Chromia.

Planet Passes

• While logged into BSC, players can send an active planet pass to Chromia via the Planet screen. This pass will be removed from BSC and cannot be sent back.
• Any players with lifetime planet passes can also transfer them to Chromia without losing the pass on BSC.
• New passes can be purchased as usual on both chains.

DEX

• The Resource DEX has been migrated to Chromia and can only be used while logged into Chromia.

Crafting

• Equipment cannot be transferred between chains at this time. However, all equipment can be used for gameplay regardless of which chain was used to craft it.
• When logged into Chromia, equipment can be crafted, upgraded, and dusted offchain only. Any equipment that has been minted on BSC cannot be modified while logged into Chromia.

Changes and Improvements

• Fixed issues with Pirate Beacon modifiers when playing salvage missions in between regular digs.
• Fixed issue with radiation display when game is paused and unpaused during a run.
• Fixed visual issues with bonus multiplier when playing multiple runs in a row.
• Additional UI fixes, changes, and polish
