Hello, Creative Miners!

Today we are introducing the first of what will become an ongoing concept art competition series.

Anyone can participate, and have the chance for their idea to be featured within the game! We want our community to become a part of the game world’s development.

For that reason, #ConceptDAR is back!

Get your pencils, paints, and styluses ready, and set your minds on the brave, supernatural, and mysterious.

We’re looking for three exceptional community-created Miner Skin Concepts to be turned into in-game Miner Holo Suits.

For this go-around, the Holo Suits will make their official debut by the end of October during the DALARNIA HALLOWEEN EVENT! Get ready with your Halloween-inspired Miner Holo Suit Designs that’ll make the event even more festive.

The competition will run in two parts:

REGISTRATION MECHANICS:

In order to participate, conceptualize and create your art entry and follow the steps as written in a Google Form. Please make sure to follow the instructions properly for a valid entry.

The Google Form will require the following:

1. Follow and/or join all of our Social Media accounts:

Twitter: Provide your Twitter handle (e.g. @MinesOfDalarnia)
Telegram: Provide your Telegram Username (e.g. @minesofdalarnia)
Discord: Provide your Discord username (e.g. minesofdalarnia#0001)

2. Like our Official Twitter Announcement. Retweet the announcement via ‘Quote Retweet’ with #ConceptDAR and tag 3 of your most creative friends. Provide the link to your Retweet in the Google Form.

3. Read and Agree to our Terms and Conditions.

4. Upload your concept art, using the following format for the file name: CONCEPT ART 2022 — Twitter Name

5. Provide your BSC Wallet Address

Participants must read and agree to our Terms and Conditions before submitting their entries. The submission period for the Mines of Dalarnia Concept Art Volume 1 begins on August 1 at 10 AM UTC and will run until September 20 at 11:59 PM UTC. All entries must be submitted during the submission period, and each participant is limited to one entry.

While the competition is ongoing, participants will be able to interact in a dedicated channel in our Discord server.

Once the registration phase is concluded, 10 entries will be selected by the Mines of Dalarnia team by September 23. Then, the community will vote to select the top 3 out of the 10 candidates. These 3 entries will be crowned the winners of the contest. Voting will open on September 24 at 10AM UTC and will be closed on September 30 at 10 AM UTC. Winners will be announced on October 3 and rewards will be distributed between October 31 and November 14.

The 7 runner up entries will be eligible to receive Consolidation rewards! Winners will be contacted via Discord.

REWARDS:

First Place:

1000 $DAR Tokens + Mining Pass
A Limited Edition Armor Skin NFT based on the winner’s concept art will be made available in the game’s marketplace. The first place armor will be limited to 50 pieces.
The winning artist will receive one of these 50 NFTs, free of charge!

Second Place:

750 $DAR Tokens + Mining Pass
A Limited Edition Armor Skin NFT based on the 2nd place winner’s concept art will be made available in the game’s marketplace. The second place armor will be limited to 100 pieces.
The runner up artist will receive one of these 100 NFTs, free of charge!

Third Place:

450 $DAR Tokens + Mining Pass
A Limited Edition Armor Skin NFT based on the 3rd place winner’s concept art will be made available in the game’s marketplace. The third place armor will be limited to 300 pieces.
The third place artist will receive one of these 300 NFTs, free of charge!

Consolation Prizes:

4th&5th Place:

250 $DAR tokens + Mining Pass

6th-10th Place:

20 $DAR tokens + Mining Pass

F.A.Q.

Who can participate?

Anyone of legal age (at least 18 years old) who has read and understood our Terms and Conditions can participate.

Can I apply my art via Twitter or email?

Unfortunately, not. To have a valid entry, you must follow the instructions as indicated in our Google Form. Any other methods are not accepted.

Can I submit multiple entries?

We only accept one entry per person.

How will you select winners?

The Mines of Dalarnia Team will select 10 entries among all valid submissions. Afterward, the top 5 winners will be chosen via a majority vote from the community. The voting will be done through a Google Form survey.
