Expanded Dig Content Preview
New dangers are heading to the mines!
In upcoming updates new threats will start appearing in digs, including environmental hazards and menacing new enemies.
New types of monsters will be appearing in the mines. The first will be Hoppers — a new enemy type that swarms miners with leaping, wall-springing madness.
Hoppers come in several sizes and overwhelm miners with unpredictable behavior.
Hoppers will first be introduced as part of a special event with unique rewards. More details to be announced as the update gets closer.
Hazards will start appearing throughout the depths, endangering miners everywhere. Look out for exploding Biomass Pods, deadly falling Stalactites, and toxic Dripping Slime. Every hazard will not appear in every run, creating more variety and unpredictability in gameplay.
So strap on some Hazard Defense armor, sharpen your blade, head into the mines!
